Long Term Care Planning
Attorney Erickson assists elders and their families with the matter of long term care planning. This planning includes consideration of the client's family history and needs, medical issues, financial matters and goals, both immediate and long term, during the course of her work. If necessary, she provides legal services relating to guardianships or conservatorships, as well as assistance regarding housing (assisted living, nursing homes and Alzheimer's facilities), health insurance issues, and comfort and care services for clients and their families.
